From the community: Lincoln Park Developer Announces New Luxury Homes on Dayton Street

The hottest new destination for luxury homes in Lincoln Park has arrived. With fifteen new home luxury home properties being developed in the growing Lincoln Park neighborhood. One of Chicago's favorite neighborhoods because of its ambiance of the architecture; the walkability of the neighborhood, high walk score, great surrounding retail shopping, restaurants and entertainment attractions at Armitage, Halsted and great local public schools.

Bob Berg a local developer at Foster Design Build has recently acquired the four parcels of land on 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2021 Dayton. These properties as you may remember were condominiums that were demolished last year in order to make way for these luxurious properties. In its place will be three single-family luxury homes with 1,5000 square feet of of exterior living space as part of the 5,200 square feet of total living space.

With the rising tide of area luxury homes the pricing is expected to be around $3.5 million dollars. "The goal is to exceed our customers' expectations in every way," says Bob Berg of Foster Design Build. At 2022 North Dayton, FDS has plans to completely renovate the existing two story single family home and make the street the Rodeo Drive of homes in Lincoln Park.

360 Design Studio a small architectural design firm is assisting with the interior design and decorating of the project. Their projects range from custom single-family homes, additions and renovations to multi-use residential, retail and commercial projects. Their specialty of paying extreme attention to detail and the areas ever-evolving culture and technology that helps drive innovation.

Construction on the luxury homes is expected to start in the late spring or early summer of 2015.
